Culinary Grief Therapy Cooking for One-Holiday Cookie Exchange

Culinary Grief Therapy Cooking for One – Holiday Cookie Exchange

Saturday, December 10, 2016  |  10:00 am – 12:00 pm

The family tradition of baking during the holiday season brings joy to most, but many people who are grieving have a difficult time baking alone. If the thought of baking during the holidays has been weighing you down, then join us for a hands-on group baking party with live instruction from the professional chefs at College of DuPage Culinary and Hospitality Center. Guests will enjoy lunch prepared by our chefs after baking. You’ll share an experience with others that will help make baking during the holiday season less stressful and more fun. Guests will take home a variety of cookies. As a treat, we’ll collect your favorite holiday recipes to share in a memoir booklet in honor of your loved one.
